Vicky Roythorne, Lead Recruiter I started at Outsource as a Resourcer in October 2004 and now work as the Lead Recruiter within the Key Accounts Team. Over the years the team has grown rapidly, and Outsource has provided me with lots of opportunities to develop my career – and most importantly to develop it in the direction that I was happy with.
