Accounts Assistant - Sales Ledger - 12 month FTC
£20,000 - £25,000 Dependent upon experience
This Accounts Assistant role is a crucial position that will ultimately cover Accounts Receivable and deal with our clients customers and stock control issues as they arise.
This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract opportunity working for a renowned client of ours.
Key duties required for the Accounts Assistant role:
- Prepare sales invoices and occasional credit notes
- Dealing with non-conformance issue/queries with customers
- Issue credit requests to suppliers for quantity discrepancies
- Debt Collection - Liaise with customers to ensure prompt receipts.
- Issue weekly reports to traders re customers outstanding invoice position
