Business Analyst - Customer Journey Management, Jira
Based in Bristol, a Business Analyst with Customer Journey Management and Jira experience is required on a 6 month contract to work for a UK Bank.
  
Day Rate: up to £600 Umbrella
Working Arrangements: a minimum of 2 days on site

Position Overview: The role focuses on optimising legacy bank accounts, identifying necessary process updates, and improving finance processes with a strong emphasis on treasury involvement and market/trading activities. This position is less tech-focused, with a priority on finance expertise and stakeholder relationship-building.

Key Skills:
  • Proven experience in finance, particularly in treasury and market/trading environments.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating confidence and motivation.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a good working culture fit.
  • Familiarity with general ledgers, internal account setups, and operating models.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Jira.
  • Banking experience is a must.
