Customer Care Manager - Manufacturing - Engineering

Surbiton based

£45,000 - £65,000 base salary plus bonus and benefits

Outsource UK are recruiting on behalf of a global Engineering client of ours who are looking to appoint a Customer Care Manager who will lead a multinational order management team and ensure that Customer queries are answered competently and within a timely manner.

This is a permanent role with a starting salary of up to £65,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Overview of the Customer Care Building role:

  • Management of the service and order processing team
  • Ensure Customer Care strategy is reaching high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure Falcon Survey are handled in a correct manner and manage reminder activities if any.
  • Handling admin requests for quotations, tenders and orders from the public administration through purchase portals.
  • Be responsible to the good distribution of the incoming communication among the generic e-mail addresses into the right recipients.

Necessary skills, experience and qualifications required for this position includes:

  • Accuracy, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, listening skills, outgoing nature, team work spirit and ability to lead a team
  • B2B customer care professional for manufactured goods in diverse industrial / R&D areas is desired but not essential
  • Strong demonstrated experience with customer relationship
