Customer Operations Manager - Asset Finance

£40,000 - £50,000

Outsource UK have partnered with a global organisation who are looking for a Customer Operations Manager which will sit within their Asset Finance Client Finance division. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of operational resources, to ensure that the departments Key Performance Indicators and Performance standards are met through outcome approached management

This is a permanent opportunity which will be based in our clients Birmingham office.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Manage overall contract performance in terms of SLA achievement, productivity analysis, resource management and a commercial expense management focus.
  • Build strong partnership with key Stakeholders to fully understand their business objectives and activities with a view to developing a balance of service delivery and commercial outcomes.
  • Lead and develop the Team Managers to enable you to commit to plans that achieve targets and objectives and meet customer requirements.

This role would suit someone who is a driven and proven team leader with an analytical approach to decision making. Ultimately you will lead a team of team leaders, and ensure that MI plays a big part in terms of creating a clear resourcing model for the entire department, hence the need for an analytical approach or background.
