Role Summary:
We seek a Cyber Project Manager to join the Cyber Delivery Assurance team. This role will involve managing the delivery of cyber-related projects, ensuring successful implementation and benefit realization. You'll work closely with stakeholders, lead teams, and be responsible for project planning, risk management, and resource coordination. You will also liaise with internal and external teams to ensure all project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with internal stakeholders and senior managers throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to implementation.
- Apply project management expertise in planning, risk, budget, and resource management to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead and coordinate diverse teams, including technical and non-technical resources, across multiple locations.
- Manage senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Foster flexibility within the team to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within the required standards.
- Take ownership and make critical decisions when faced with challenges during the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with IT suppliers to address deliverables and resolve any issues.
- Oversee the management of financial budgets and ensure alignment with project delivery goals.
- Experience in managing complex projects involving business and technology deliverables.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence.
- Proven experience managing financial budgets for complex projects, including internal and external costs.
- Experience in stakeholder management and creation of Management Information materials.
- Ability to manage and deliver projects according to detailed plans, including critical path and risk management.
- Experience with Cyber or network transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft security tools.
- Understanding of the financial sector and ability to communicate tech challenges in business terms.
- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience interpreting business and tech strategies to deliver tangible outcomes.
