We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Data Analyst to join our dynamic HR Reporting & Analytics team at BAE System
The Job:
- Design, create, and maintain complex reports using SuccessFactors reporting tools to support HR reporting requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to derive insights that align with HR and business objectives.
- Investigate and resolve reporting issues or queries using the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure timely, accurate report delivery.
- Generate one-off reports through advanced data manipulation techniques as needed.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to streamline reporting processes and introduce automation where possible
- Ideally proven experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools such as Canvas, Table, and Story Reporting - Nice to have.
- Strong data analysis skills with knowledge of database relationship tables.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualisation).
- Experience in People Analytics is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when handling complex datasets
