Our large banking client is currently looking for a DSS Manager to help with a large HQ move. This role will conduct a review of the Desk Side Support services, whilst managing the day to day running of the service.
- Previous experience managing a Desk Side Support team.
- Strong understanding of DSS and VIP support
- A strong depth of knowledge of Service Now.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
