Rate £495/day

Able to work through a Ltd Company.

Based in London (onsite)

Our large banking client is currently looking for a DSS Manager to help with a large HQ move. This role will conduct a review of the Desk Side Support services, whilst managing the day to day running of the service.

Skills required;

  • Previous experience managing a Desk Side Support team.
  • Strong understanding of DSS and VIP support
  • A strong depth of knowledge of Service Now.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
