Detail Designer - Layouts
A number of Designers with Layouts experience are required to work on a six month contract, with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Glasgow.
This is an initial 6 month contract with a leading UK defence business.
Overview of the Designer contract role
To undertake a defined range of detail design activities within a shipbuilding environment and in line with all relevant processes and quality requirements, supplying advice and support to operations and other functions.
Eensuring defined objectives are achieved whilst continually maintaining quality and service requirements.
Key skills required for the Designer
- Relative Shipbuilding Experience
- 3D Modelling and Layouts experience
Will ideally be…
- Foran Trained
- 2D Production Output Trained
The role is based in Glasgow - Commutable from Kilmarnock, Paisley, Greenock, Stirling and Falkirk with excellent access from Edinburgh
