Job Description

Finance Assistant required to join a leading logistic business who are looking to grow their finance team on a permanent basis. This is a varied role in which you will be reporting into the Finance Manager supporting the day-to-day running of the finance department. A summary of your duties will include:

* Purchase ledger - assisting with loading invoices, dealing with suppliers, and processing payments.

* Sales Ledger - allocating incoming payments and raising invoices.

* Reconciling the bank accounts daily

* Assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts to trial balance

* Processing the staff payroll from start to finish.

* Product pricing and any other adhoc projects as required. Qualifications and Skills

* A minimum of 2+years' experience in a finance function

* Must have experience processing payrolls.

* Experience using Navision 365 Accounting package

* Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's.

* Self-starter and able to work under minimal supervision.
