Financial Services Team Manager- Operational Lead

Based in Birmingham a Client Finance Team Manager is required on a permanent basis to work within a Client Asset Finance function for a global real estate organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company going through change that will offer the prospect of future growth and development.

You will be required to lead and manage a team of customer delivery managers ensuring behaviours are in line with company values and that all performance standards are kept on target.

You will allocate work, control workload, develop team members, manage individual performance and ensure quality and service standards are met through overall team performance management.

In addition you will be expected to proactively contribute ideas for process improvement.

Candidates must have good experience of managing a team within a high paced, performance/targets environment within financial services or an asset services function.

Any experience of Life & Pensions or Investments would be nice to have.

Other key competencies required are planning, performance management and a results focus.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are also essential.
