HR Administrator - Part Time (3 days a week) - FTC until Dec 2021

Outsource UK are recruiting for a HR Administrator on behalf of a global Engineering client of ours. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and be involved in the day to day duties and tasks that are associated with a busy HR department.

This is a Fixed term contract role, working three days a week, covering maternity leave until the end of 2021.

Overview of the HR Administrator role:

  • Update sickness records and monitor monthly
  • Act as the go to person for the time and attendance system.
  • Note taking at meetings and production of typed notes.
  • Maintain and update HR records and employee files to ensure accurate records are always kept and filing in order.
