Senior HR/People Analytics Consultant
Would you like to work within our HR/People Analytics Team delivering analytical and business intelligence solutions to support the senior stakeholders across BAE Systems? We currently have a vacancy for a Senior HR/People Analytics Consultant at our site in Farnborough.
As a Senior HR/People Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying BI tools, analytics products and dashboards. You will be using tools such as Tableau and Alteryx to deliver these products. Whilst delivering analytical solutions to drive senior business decisions, you will be partnering with and working alongside internal stakeholders of all levels to understand what problems they are trying to solve, and help them discover valuable, actionable insights from their data. You will also utilise your experience of HR analytics to support stakeholders in determining the most appropriate analytical questions to investigate.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on high-profile analysis with exposure to Director level stakeholders. You will immediately have an impact in the role, through supporting the business with continuous improvement activities, such as identifying opportunities for automation. This role will give you the opportunity to play a key part in developing our HR/People analytics strategy and influence how analytics is delivered within BAE Systems.
Your main responsibilities as a Senior HR/People Analytics Consultant will involve:
Working closely with internal stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements to design and create analytics solutions
Designing, developing and executing data integration processes and flows between disparate data sources and the target systems
Undertaking detailed people analytics and presenting business data to generate reliable HR insights that drive meaningful business results
Developing and implementing tools and processes to simplify and standardise the production of regular data dashboards and reporting
Providing HR Analytics thought leadership across the business
Delivering specific analytics projects in support of the HR Strategy and agreed annual plans
Transferring knowledge and capability to colleagues and clients, to maintain / grow capability within the business
Your skills and qualifications:
A degree in a numerate subject, or relevant experience to offset
Experience of delivering analytics within a HR Function and/or Organisation
Proven quantitative, advanced statistical and analytical skills & Proven experience in the delivery of analysis/consultancy projects
Knowledge and practical experience with a range of data processing tools such as, Tableau Desktop and Server, Alteryx and SQL
Proven experience managing the full life cycle in regards developing and delivering analytical and
Business Intelligence solutions
Experience of managing people and HR data, including an awareness of the protection and controls required
