Human Reliability Analysis Specialist

A Human Reliability Analysis Specialist is required to work on a six month contract, with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Cumbria

This is a contract within Naval Defence.

Overview of the Human Reliability Analysis Specialist contract role

Understanding of Safety Cases Processes (Deterministic Assessment and Probabilistic Assessment)

Understanding of Nuclear Safety Case regulatory framework

Knowledge of HRA tools

Task Analysis

Human Error Qualitative Assessment

Human Error Quantitative Assessment (HEART and THERP tools)

Understanding of how to substantiate claims made on the operator within the safety case

Understanding of how key safety actions are supported by operations (Procedures, Training etc)

Good stakeholder management skills

The role is based in Barrow in Furness, Cumbria - commutable from Carnforth, Milnthorpe, Lancaster, Morecambe, Penrith, Workington, Whitehaven and The Lake District
