Financial Promotions Lead – Banking – Financial Services
Newcastle - Hybrid working
£50,000 - £75,000 DOE

Outsource UK is working with a well-renowned retail Banking organisation who are looking to recruit a number of Financial Promotions Lead to join their organisation, on a permanent contract. This is an exciting time to join the company as there is lots of scope for growth and development, within the organisation and moreover, this is an opportunity for the successful incumbent to really make the role their own, within my clients Customer function.

Duties of the Financial Promotions Lead:
  • Ensure you deliver clear, accurate and succinct guidance on matters of financial promotions across my client’s customer and colleague communications.
  • Be responsible for providing specific elements of the regulatory affairs service with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these to support the communication of business information and decisions.
Requirements of the Financial Promotions Lead position:
  • Prior experience working in either Financial Services or Banking industry.
  • Works independently and provides guidance and training to others while interpreting and applying comprehensive knowledge of laws, regulations and policies in areas of expertise.
  • Provides technical guidance when required on analysing data from multiple sources to draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations.
  • Possess excellent stakeholder management skills
