Major Incident Manager
Location- London (2days on site)

Outsource UK are currently working with a finance client in London who are currently going through a large infrastructure change. They are looking for a Major Incident Manager to help with governance, incident washups, and the offshore team.
- Strong background in Major Incident Management.
- Experience working with ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM
- We are looking for individuals with a background in finance or banking.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong communication skills, able to negotiate with all levels of stakeholders.
