Payroll Administrator 
Knutsford – Office-based role
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Up to £25,000 + and benefits!

Outsource UK is on the lookout for an experienced Payroll Administrator.
Our client is a global provider based in the Knutsford area. This role will be on a permanent basis for an Payroll Administrator.

The successful candidate will have previous office-based experience in Administration and dealing with Payroll/Holidays/Absences.

Overview of the Payroll Administrator role:
  • General administrative duties in the office such as filing, photocopying, printing, etc
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Dealing with holiday requests and absences
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • First point of contact for incoming calls and corresponding via email
  • Updating company spreadsheets and the database  
  • Attending meetings and minute-taking
Key skills and qualifications required for the Payroll Administrator role:
  • Articulate and professional with good organisation skills
  • Previous experience in payroll and dealing with holidays/absences 
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
