Procurement Support Professional
A Procurement Support Professional is required to work on a six month contract, with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Lancashire.
Overview of the Procurement Support contract role
The roles exist to provide support within the Procurement Supply Chain - Airframe team In-Service Pricing Team. The support required will be administrative tasks discharging activities such as raising RFQ's, chasing RFQ's from Supplier, completing Governance paperwork, adding prices to system and general query resolution relating to quotes
- Request Datapacks from Engineering
- Raise and Issue RFQ's to Supplier.
- Expedite Quotes from Suppliers.
- Complete price analysis.
- Conduct Supplier down selects for best offers.
- Add prices to systems and trackers.
- Provide stats.
- Query Management.
The role is based in Lancashire - commutable from Preston, Blackpool, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn, Darwen, Burnley, Skipton, Stockport, Manchester, Warrington, Wigan, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale and Oldham with excellent access from Liverpool, Lancaster and Leeds
