The Role

You will be responsible for developing a portfolio of customers, providing them with specialist IT permanent talent. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from consulting customers on recruitment strategies, sourcing and presenting candidates to your customers and partnering with them to ensure they are able to access the best talent in the market.

Whether you are experienced or if you are looking to develop a career in Recruitment, Outsource will support you every step of the way. You will receive excellent coaching and training from day one to enable you to become an expert in your field.

We will consider applications for both full and part-time hours. Full time hours are Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm with an early 4pm finish on Fridays.


We are looking for someone who has an aptitude for recruitment sales and enjoys building relationships both over the telephone and face to face.

If you are willing to go the extra mile to secure the customers and the talent, we want to hear from you. It will be your responsibility to develop your own candidate and client networks. You will have the confidence to liaise with a wide range of people, obtaining as much information as possible from them; to do this effectively you will have to pre-screen a number of potential candidates over the telephone, obtain new business within your market and build up client relationships.

To be successful you must enjoy talking to people and have a confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills to match.

Your influence and outgoing personality will be essential in being able to negotiate and sell to your stakeholders!


We are proud to be centrally located in Birmingham. After training, you will be able to enjoy a hybrid model of working - both home and office based.

  • Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are office based
  • Tuesday and Friday - home based, if you wish to be.
