Scrum Master

Edinburgh - mainly remote working.
Outsource UK are currently working with a client who is seeking a Scrum Master
Please note that candidates need to work through an umbrella company for this role.
The Scrum master will protect the team from any distractions and remove impediments that could prevent them from completing sprint goals
Skills Required:
- Prior experience as an Agile Lead / Scrum Master with a strong understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Scrum, Kanban, BDD and TDD.
- You will have delivered complex projects on time and on schedule, resolving problems at team and organisation level
- Experience in managing Stakeholders with statistics around tasks, backlog tracking, user stories etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
