As a senior technical leader, you will:
- Lead complex hardware design from requirements to delivery
- Drive innovative digital and/or analogue electronic solutions
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to optimise system performance
- Produce high-quality engineering artefacts to industry standards
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Champion safe working practices across all activities
What You'll Bring
- Strong background in digital and/or analogue hardware engineering
- Full lifecycle development experience, ideally on safety-critical systems
- Sound engineering judgement and understanding of cost, schedule and risk
- Experience with tools such as Mentor Graphics Expedition, SPICE/Simetrix, MATLAB/Simulink, DOORS (advantageous)
- Degree/HND in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
