IT Vendor and Contract Manager
12 Month contract – Inside IR35
Rate is £350 - £380 (Depending on experience) per day Inside IR35
Location – 1 day a week in London or Liverpool and 4 days remote.

The Role:
As the IT Vendor and Contract Manager, you will oversee day-to-day contract and vendor relationship management in partnership with Vendor Management Team. You’ll take ownership of EU IT contracts, purchase orders, and invoice processing for your supported function, ensuring full Legal and Finance compliance with policies.
A key part of your role will be hosting business planning meetings to drive vendor strategy forward, improving vendor performance monitoring, and enhancing contract life-cycle management processes. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, analytical capability, and the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent vendor relationships and contracts across multi-disciplinary functions
- Collect, process, and analyze contractual documentation; provide insight and reporting on vendor performance and relationship health
- Evaluate prospective vendors’ technical capabilities and assess project scope requirements
- Develop and present vendor performance reports, dashboards, and financial summaries to stakeholders and leadership
- Provide guidance and support to staff on Vendor and Contract Management processes
- Ensure accurate contract documentation entry into management systems
- Oversee EU IT contracts, POs, and invoice processing in compliance with company policies
- Support coordination and logistics for planning meetings, departmental sessions, and vendor strategy events
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a technology-related environment
- Proven operational experience in contract and vendor management
- Strong ability to manage complex vendor portfolios simultaneously
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate cross-functionally and vertically
- Highly collaborative working style
- Broad understanding of current technologies and industry trends
- Experience with SAP (SRM) or Coupa for PO creation and invoice receipt
- Knowledge of using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or Salesforce
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with collaboration tools including Slack, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Box/Google Drive, Jira, and Confluence
- A 4-year degree from an accredited university (preferred)
