We work with various Government departments within the guidelines of the Public Sector Resourcing framework (previously Contingent Labour One CL1). Our dedicated PSR team have over 30 years of experience of delivering interim and contract staff into public sector roles. Recruitment within the guidelines of the framework requires specialist knowledge and this route is now the only way that contractors may work in this arena.
Given the changes in IR35 tax classification in the public sector, we have our own dedicated Contractor Care team who can take care of everything for you, in terms of payrolling, onboarding and also different workforce solutions to secure the staff you need on your projects and get them working compliantly.
