What is a Future Talent Consultant?

We create Future Talent Consultants by training or retraining people from programming, data and cloud technology backgrounds. Giving you an opportunity to shape your future for a progressive career. With access to an ecosystem of market-leading training partners you'll receive first-class training. You’ll be paid during your one-month training and monthly when you’re placed with a company of your choice. You’ll be supported for the first year with monthly courses.

How to become a Future Technology Consultant

  1. Register your interest today to become a Future Technology Consultant by sending your CV to us via email.
  2. Once you have been selected, there will be some assessments for you to complete. This is just so we can understand how you work best.
  3. You can have a chat with companies to see which one is the right fit for you.
  4. Training begins for one month - in which you'll be paid during training
  5. You’ll start your placement - during the first year you will have monthly one-day refresher training - this is so we can support you as best as we can during your new placement.
