We recently supported the build-out of the leadership team for a UK-based security business. Every candidate had to be engaged compliantly, security cleared and DBS checked and available for remote work for a highly-confidential project in the public sector. Five roles were managed and filled over a 4 month window utilising targeted executive search techniques and digital marketing to fulfill Government hiring due diligence.
A leading technology services provider came to us to manage end-to-end hiring of a suite of senior cyber security leaders for a new part of the organisation. In a time-limited window, we sourced five senior Infosec professionals with differing, complementary skillsets and experience, all with security clearance.
