Key Skills & Experience
- Broad HR knowledge with proven project management experience
- Demonstrated experience as the lead on delivering HR/people projects
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) essential; project management qualification desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to deliver people-centric solutions
