Business Development Director – Channel Management VMS/RPO/MSP
Outsource is embarking on a market changing joint venture with Talentnet, which capitalises on both companies’ expertise & growth aspirations. As a result we are looking to hire a talented and ambitious director level professional, to head up and lead the business development strategy & sales initiatives.
The objective is to secure long-term customers across contingent workforce programs in the UK & Europe. There is a two pronged approach:
- To align through channel partners within technology and operations
- To attract customers through a direct sales approach
Our ideal candidate will bring entrepreneurial leadership, along with a sound track record of selling MSP/RPO and or ATS/VMS solutions. You will have the ability to develop a vision and pro-active sales strategy that achieves results.
- Experience of building and executing strategic sales strategies
- MSP/RPO/VMS solutions experience
- Demonstrable track record in delivering against a sales plan
- Skilled at building and delivering successful sales presentations and pitches.
- Passionate and innovative leader, who is able to produce creative, strategic business plans and solutions that meet the business’ and our customers’ requirements.
- Proven track record in leading complex contractual negotiations.
