Who we are
Outsource UK is one of the country’s largest and most successful independent specialist recruitment agencies. We were established in the early 1990s by our Founder, Paul Jameson, who saw the value for a quality technical recruitment agency which focuses on building long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, based on reliability and trust.
Today we’ve expanded from our original Swindon HQ to become a national organisation serving all the UK, with additional offices in Manchester, Stoke-on-Trent, Birmingham and London. We have a close-knit team of over 80 specialists, many of whom have been with Outsource UK since our earliest days. Our independence and flexibility allows us to move quickly to create bespoke solutions for our clients and find the best positions for our candidates, whether they’re contractors or permanent staff.
