Outsource UK is proud to announce it has received the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2026 for the second year in a row, recognising its continued commitment to delivering consistently high-quality, people-led customer service.

The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award is awarded only to businesses that have achieved Gold Trusted Service status for three or more consecutive years. It’s based entirely on verified customer feedback, making it a credible measure of service consistency. This places Outsource UK among a small group of organisations demonstrating sustained service excellence year after year.

 

Verified customer feedback drives Platinum recognition

Feefo established the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to spotlight businesses that lead with transparency and authenticity. Because the awards are based entirely on feedback from real customers, they offer a clear and reliable view of how consistently a business delivers against expectations.

In 2025, Outsource UK achieved:

  • A 26.7% increase in verified feedback volume compared to 2024.

  • An average service rating of 4.81 stars, up from 4.63 in 2024.
