Accounts Payable Analyst

Contract: 12 months (with potential to extend)
Rate: Up to £21 per hour umbrella

Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week.
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00 (30-minute unpaid lunch break)
- Friday: 07:30 – 12:00 (no lunch break)
- On-site role (no remote working available).
- Processing and coding invoices accurately and on time.
- Managing allocated suppliers and acting as their primary point of contact.
- Resolving queries and payment discrepancies quickly and effectively.
- Collaborating with other departments across the business.
- Supporting the transition from PEGI to SAP.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy/data entry skills.
- Previous accounts payable/finance experience.
- Experience with SAP or Coupa systems.
