Outsource UK is recruiting an Administrator to work for a global logistics client in Knutsford on a permanent basis.

Overview of the Administrator role:
  • To manage and prioritise daily workload
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service to customers
  • Responding to queries promptly
  • Ensuring you understand country-specific requirements regarding shipping
  • Ensuring all documents created are clear and precise
  • Liaising with custom agents and haulage companies
  • Negotiating price rates
  • Updating company spreadsheets and the database
Key skills and qualifications required for the Administrator role:
  • Articulate and professional with good organisation skills
  • Previous office-based experience
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environmen
  • UK Driving Licence required and must be within commutable distance to Knutsford.
