Hourly Rate: £15.59 (Flexible)
Details: 7 Months, 37 hours per week

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Support Administrator to join our team in Glascoed on a 7-month maternity cover contract. The role will be primarily site-based, acting as the first point of contact for IT support and coordination activities.

This position offers flexible working hours to accommodate school runs and personal commitments, with 3 mandatory onsite days per week.


KWhat You’ll Be Doing
  • Be the friendly onsite contact for all things office and IT
  • Coordinate and manage support requests
  • Help with everyday troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, laptops, logging issues)
  • Set up and deliver IT equipment (with guidance where needed)
  • Raise purchase orders in SAP (training can be provided)
  • Pull together Excel reports and simple data tracking
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff on site
  • Support the wider enterprise and admin coordination team
What We’re Looking For
  • Background in office administration, coordination, or IT support
  • Good general IT skills (comfortable with Excel, emails, basic troubleshooting)
  • Willingness to learn SAP processes (training available)
  • Strong communication and customer service approach
  • Someone organised, approachable, and a team player
