We are recruiting a Business Support Analyst to support a global operation within the construction and mining equipment sector. This is a technical, fast-paced role handling system tickets and supporting international stakeholders with orders, invoicing, and system queries.

Key Requirements:
- Experience with orders and invoicing
- Strong SAP or CMOPS experience
- Salesforce experience
- Minimum 2+ years’ industry experience (automotive/manufacturing also considered)
- Degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or similar)
Working Pattern:
- Fully on-site in Desford
- Core hours 08:00–17:00 (some flexibility)
