Business Administrator
Based: RAF Coningsby  
Hourly Rate: £18.75 PAYE or £25.06 Umbrella Inside IR35
37 Hours per week
  
Are you an organised, proactive, and reliable professional with a passion for providing high-quality administrative support? Join our team supporting the TyTAN Programme as a Business Support Officer and help BAE Systems  drive operational excellence within a dynamic and fast-paced environment


The Job
  
  • General office administration (stationery, room bookings, site visits)
  • Access control and induction briefs for site visitors/employees
  • Document and data management in line with retention policies
  • Face-to-face interaction with customers, visitors, and stakeholders
  • Responding to enquiries and resolving queries professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting cost-effective office management
  • Running reports (e.g., from Workforce Manager) and handling data
  • Assisting in presentation creation and training course administration
  • Upholding SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) responsibilities
  
  
Skills
  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Understanding of handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with internal tools like SharePoint, Success Factors, EVMS, FlightPro, and WFM
  • Recognised qualification at NVQ/QCF Level 2 or equivalent
