Leeds / Manchester- with travel to Leeds (Hybrid – 60% onsite)
Up to £700/day (Inside IR35)

We are supporting a major public sector programme seeking experienced Commercial Leads to provide strategic oversight across a high-profile digital transformation.
This is a senior, enterprise-level role focused on shaping delivery models, strengthening governance, and driving commercial outcomes across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic commercial leadership across a large-scale programme
- Lead delivery model and commercial strategy development
- Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle activity
- Ensure strong governance, assurance, and compliance
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders (Director level and above)
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in public sector procurement / commercial leadership
- Hands-on experience with HMT Green Book business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC)
- Experience operating in complex, high-assurance programme environments
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of CCS frameworks and public sector governance
- Experience in large-scale programme or transformation procurements
- MCIPS (or working towards)
- Exposure to Atamis or similar procurement systems
