Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a commercial team of up to 11, overseeing performance, development, and wellbeing.
- Provide strategic and tactical commercial leadership across domestic and export defence programmes.
- Act as a key advisor to sector management teams, delivering commercial guidance and risk management.
- Oversee complex negotiations, pricing strategies, and internal approvals up to senior board level.
- Support the development of the wider Commercial function and uphold SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) standards.
