Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE Basic Salary 
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Southampton, once per quarter)
Hours: Monday to Friday - Core hours 

Outsource UK is partnering with a well-established and growing UK banking group to find a highly motivated Conduct Risk Manager to join their SME Lending team. What You'll Be Doing
As Conduct Risk Manager, you’ll take a leading role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of operational risk and conduct frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing operational risk events within SME Lending – ensuring they’re recorded, investigated, and actions are implemented efficiently.
• Delivering and embedding the Conduct Risk framework across SME Lending.
• Preparing and submitting reports for the Operational Risk and Customer & Conduct Committees.
• Supporting the business to complete conduct-related and assurance actions within deadlines.
