Key Responsibilities
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets
- Review briefs, identify risks, and remove blockers early
- Coordinate across marketing, communications, compliance, and external partners
- Oversee content from briefing through to publication
- Ensure all content meets brand, SEO/AEO, and regulatory standards
- Track content performance and feed insights into strategy
- Maintain and optimise the content library and reuse content across channels
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Copywriting and editing experience
- Stakeholder management in complex environments
- Experience with Wrike and CMS platforms
- Understanding of SEO/AEO principles
- Experience in journalism, publishing, editing, or content production
- Comfortable working in regulated environments (e.g. financial services)
- Analytical mindset with experience reviewing content performance
- AI-literate and comfortable using modern content tools
Desirable Experience
- Marketing or campaign experience in large organisations
- Financial services or regulated industry background
- Strategic content planning exposure
- Advanced CMS and analytics experience
- Agency or consultancy background
