Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate clients through strong relationship management.
- Acquire new business through strategic prospecting and professional networks.
- Assess creditworthiness and prepare credit applications in line with internal policies.
- Conduct financial analysis including balance sheets, management accounts, and covenant compliance.
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve collective business goals.
- Solid experience in corporate or commercial banking.
- Proven track record in business development and portfolio management.
- Strong credit analysis skills and knowledge of credit policy.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High ethical standards and commitment to compliance with FCA conduct rules.
