Customer Support (Savings)

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and keen to build expertise in savings products?
We’re looking for a motivated Operations professional to be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout their savings journey.
You’ll handle customer queries across multiple channels, provide product and transaction support, and ensure great outcomes by identifying vulnerabilities, financial crime risks, and process improvements. This is a varied role where you’ll use your initiative, collaborate with teams across the business, and escalate complex issues when needed.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
- Confidence working within regulatory and operational frameworks
- IT aptitude and a proactive, “can do” attitude
- Contact centre experience within savings or financial services is ideal
- Full training and ongoing support
- 37.5 hours per week on a rota between 08:00–22:00 (Monday–Sunday)
