Data Product Manager
Location: Bristol, with travel to Solihull/London
Daily Rate: £500 to £561 Umbrella – Inside IR35
Contract Duration: 3 months with potential for extensions
Working Arrangements: Hybrid working, 1–2 days per week on site
Clearance Level: SC Clearance Required (Sole UK Nationals Only)

We’re seeking an experienced Data Product Manager with a Power BI background to lead the delivery of high-quality, analysis-ready data products and dashboards that support enterprise decision-making across the UK & Europe.
You’ll drive the design of scalable analytics solutions, oversee semantic models and BI reporting, and act as a subject matter expert across modern data platforms.

We’re seeking an experienced Data Product Manager with a Power BI background to lead the delivery of high-quality, analysis-ready data products and dashboards that support enterprise decision-making across the UK & Europe.
You’ll drive the design of scalable analytics solutions, oversee semantic models and BI reporting, and act as a subject matter expert across modern data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of dashboards and reports (Power BI, Databricks or similar)
- Define and govern semantic models, datasets and KPI frameworks
- Ensure alignment with data strategy across Azure/AWS platforms
- Oversee data quality, governance and consistency of data products
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape data and analytics requirements
- Mentor analytics engineers and drive best practices
- Support advanced analytics and data science use cases
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Power BI and Microsoft BI stack
- A proven background with the Defence industry
- Expertise in data modelling and analytics product design
- Experience with Databricks and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
- Knowledge of data governance, testing and metadata standards
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and lead delivery
- Must hold (or be eligible for) SC Clearance – applicants must be sole UK nationals
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
- 8+ years’ experience in analytics, BI or data engineering
- Relevant cloud or Databricks certifications (desirable)
