Ecommerce Manager (Amazon Specialist)
Remote with 1 Day Week in Coventry
£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

A leading consumer safety technology business is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of its Amazon strategy and drive significant growth across a well-established product portfolio.

This position offers full ownership of the Amazon UK channel within a hybrid operating model. You’ll be responsible for both shaping strategy and delivering hands-on execution to maximise performance, visibility, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the Amazon UK strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day account performance.
  • Lead Amazon Advertising (PPC) strategy in collaboration with external partners, driving ROAS and conversion improvements
  • Analyse performance metrics (sales, margin, ROAS, conversion, inventory) and turn insights into actionable growth plans
  • Deliver regular reporting with clear recommendations and commercial insights
Skills & Experience
  • 5–8 years’ experience managing Amazon accounts, ideally within consumer goods or retail
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record managing Amazon Vendor Central and delivering measurable growth
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
  • Mandarin language skills would be highly advantageous but not a necessity.
Location & Flexibility:
  • Remote-based role within the UK
  • Requirement to attend the Coventry office 1 day per week
