Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT systems audits, finance audits, and system governance
- Leadership and influencing skills, with a proven track record of managing change and improving processes
- Experience in project delivery and understanding of the financial control environment
- Lean/Six Sigma or other continuous improvement knowledge is a plus
- A professional finance qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) is essential
The Job:
- Lead a team in delivering finance systems assurance across the organisation
- Drive compliance with corporate reform and data governance requirements
- Act as the key point of contact for internal and external audit on finance systems controls
- Manage relationships with GCC, EIT, and the Global Process Owner (GPO)
- Support the implementation of financial control measures through the Ad Astra transformation programme
