Senior HR Business Partner – 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Location: Bristol (1-2 days per week in office)
Salary: Up to £65,000 (negotiable)
We’re hiring a Senior HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a leading professional services firm. Based in Bristol with hybrid working, this is a strategic HR role supporting business-critical teams across a well-integrated and highly regarded People function.

What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver People Plans
- Leading on change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE
- Managing complex ER cases and advising on risk
- Driving initiatives in talent, reward, performance and D&I
- Supporting recruitment, future talent and workforce planning
- Proven HRBP experience with a strategic, commercial mindset
- Strong ER and employment law knowledge
- Confident influencing at senior level
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Legal sector experience is welcome but not required
