The Job
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and key stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Lead the development and execution of a tactical people plan aligned to business strategy.
- Provide expert coaching on HR matters including employee relations, performance, and talent management.
- Analyse people data and market insights to assess risks, inform planning and improve outcomes.
- Drive major change initiatives and support the development of a high-performing HR team.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective HR solutions.
Skills
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR business partnering role.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills within complex or unionised environments.
- Ability to drive strategy, develop people plans and lead high-impact change
