£35,000 - £38,000
Outsource UK is looking to recruit a HR & Payroll Administrator to join a growing, fast-paced life insurance provider on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role is essential to the smooth running of the HR function and will suit someone with hands-on experience in payroll, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
You’ll play a key role in managing data accuracy, supporting monthly payroll delivery, and ensuring seamless employee support from onboarding to exit.

You’ll play a key role in managing data accuracy, supporting monthly payroll delivery, and ensuring seamless employee support from onboarding to exit.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in HR and payroll administration
- Working knowledge of UK and Ireland payroll rules, statutory deductions, and tax regulations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- CIPD qualified or working towards it is preferred.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
