Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including business units, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to manage resources and deliverables across projects.
- Oversee project progress, costs, and reporting, ensuring effective communication with all relevant parties.
- Lead activities related to new product introduction (NPI) and inventory planning during initial release phases (up to 24 months).
- Collaborate on parts stocking strategies and worldwide distribution plans to ensure product readiness at launch.
- Work closely with procurement and supply chain to secure supplier support and expedite parts deliveries.
- Deliver regular updates and status reports across multiple programmes, driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
- Proven experience in inventory management, including forecasting and planning.
- Highly proactive, with excellent organisational and planning abilities.
- Supply chain knowledge, particularly in inventory management, is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Alteryx or similar reporting tools is highly desirable.
