Manchester - occasional travel to other offices
£31,000
Shift-based (08:00–16:00 / 09:00–17:00 / 10:00–18:00) + out of hours rota
Outsource UK are recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Support Analyst to join a Manchester-based team supporting a multi-site professional services environment.

The Role As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll provide first-class technical support across multiple UK offices including Norwich, Birmingham, Cambridge, London, Leeds, and Oxford. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting core IT systems, and ensuring colleagues have the tools they need to work effectively.
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern and includes participation in an out-of-hours support rota.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day IT support to users across multiple UK offices
- Managing and maintaining laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware
- Supporting Microsoft Office and other business-critical applications
- Monitoring systems, diagnosing faults, resolving issues, and escalating when required
- Handling up to 100 service desk tickets per week
- Supporting networks, telephony, and core infrastructure
- Assisting with AV and meeting room setups to ensure smooth internal and client meetings
- Basic data patching and hands-on technical support
