£31,000
Shift-based (08:00–16:00 / 09:00–17:00 / 10:00–18:00) + out of hours rota

Outsource UK are recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Support Analyst to join a Manchester-based team supporting a multi-site professional services environment.

The Role As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll provide first-class technical support across multiple UK offices including Norwich, Birmingham, Cambridge, London, Leeds, and Oxford. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting core IT systems, and ensuring colleagues have the tools they need to work effectively.
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern and includes participation in an out-of-hours support rota.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing day-to-day IT support to users across multiple UK offices
  • Managing and maintaining laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware
  • Supporting Microsoft Office and other business-critical applications
  • Monitoring systems, diagnosing faults, resolving issues, and escalating when required
  • Handling up to 100 service desk tickets per week
  • Supporting networks, telephony, and core infrastructure
  • Assisting with AV and meeting room setups to ensure smooth internal and client meetings
  • Basic data patching and hands-on technical support
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with a customer-first mindset. You’ll ideally have experience in a similar IT support role and be confident working independently while also contributing as part of a wider team.

  • Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Methodical, detail-focused, and committed to delivering excellent service
  • Comfortable following established IT tools and procedures
  • Curious and adaptable, keen to learn and apply new technologies
