Project Overview
This client is undertaking a large-scale digital transformation programme involving the implementation of a new Property Management System (PMS) Lavanda (booking system). The programme also includes multiple platforms and integrations.
The new system is due to go live at the end of March 2027.

The programme will impact a broad range of audiences, including:
  • Approximately 1,500 operational and property-based employees.
  • Finance teams.
  • Approximately 100 employees across commercial teams.
This is an opportunity for an experienced transformation training professional to own the strategy and approach for a major, multi-platform implementation affecting a large and diverse workforce. The client is prioritising enterprise-level transformation experience, strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement over specific PMS expertise.

Role Overview
The client needs an experienced Digital Training / Transformation Training professional to develop the training strategy and approach for the programme.

Specific Property Management System (PMS) experience is not essential. The priority is someone who has worked on enterprise-level digital transformation programmes involving multiple systems, platforms and business functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the training approach and strategy, working closely with the change team and business leads to understand training requirements, and ensuring the organisation is prepared for the new system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the training strategy for a large-scale digital transformation programme.
  • Work alongside the change team and business stakeholders to conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Identify training requirements across different business functions, systems and user groups.
  • Design the training approach, methodology and supporting materials based on the needs identified.
  • Engage with business leads, finance and commercial stakeholders to establish requirements and secure buy-in.
  • Work within an evolving programme where all information may not be immediately available.

Important: This is primarily a strategic, scoping and training design role rather than a hands-on delivery position. Given the scale of the programme, the successful candidate will not be expected to personally train all end users.

Ideal Candidate Background
  • Strong experience in digital training and enterprise-level transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience developing a training strategy and translating it into a practical delivery plan.
  • Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis and designing training materials and approaches.
  • Comfortable working with change teams, programme managers and senior business stakeholders.
  • Confident engaging with commercial and finance teams, as well as operational audiences.
  • Able to work autonomously, take accountability and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience working across multiple systems, platforms and integrations.

The candidate will take ownership of the training workstream but will be supported by a close-knit programme team. They will be accountable for their area of responsibility without being expected to work in isolation.
