- Supporting the delivery of projects on time, on brand and within budget
- Helping to write accurate project and creative briefs
- Coordinating with creative, copy, design and studio teams
- Managing timelines and ensuring work meets quality standards
- Providing clear and consistent updates to clients and internal teams
- Responding quickly to client requests and helping build strong relationships
- Assisting with cost estimates, time tracking and project financial processes
- Keeping project files organised and maintaining internal systems
- Prioritising multiple tasks and anticipating potential challenges
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
